  1. Before installing WLOGIN v2.0b, please verify that you have the
  2. following file "CTL3DV2.DLL" in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
  3.  
  4. If it is not there, copy from MS-DOS the file CTL3DV2.NEW in
  5. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM as CTL3DV2.DLL. Then start again Windows to 
  6. run the install program.
  7.
